When Pain Affects Every Step, It’s Time To Take Action
Dealing with persistent heel, ankle, or knee pain? Many people put off getting help, thinking it will go away on its own. Unfortunately, without proper care, these issues often worsen, interfering with your work, fitness routine, and even simple daily activities like walking or standing.
What starts as a minor discomfort can quickly become a chronic problem. Over time, poor biomechanics and unmanaged concerns can contribute to more serious issues or ongoing joint stress, potentially affecting mobility and quality of life.
At East Coast Podiatry, we take a comprehensive, patient-focused approach to lower limb health. Our team of experienced, registered podiatrists offers thorough assessments and personalised care plans aligned with your lifestyle and needs.
From advanced therapies like Shockwave and EMTT to custom orthotics and rehabilitation plans, we’re here to support your mobility and comfort, so you can move confidently again.

What is Podiatry?
Podiatry is a specialised field in healthcare that focuses on the foot, ankle, and associated structures of the lower limbs. It is an internationally recognised and licensed branch of Western medicine in many developed countries.
A podiatrist is specifically trained to check, manage, rehabilitate, and prevent abnormalities of the lower extremities. Their goal is to support foot health and proper leg function, helping to prevent painful complications and maintain mobility.
Advanced Technology.
Personalised Care. Better Outcomes.
Methods to Relieve Discomfort and Promote Well-being
We use advanced, non-invasive technologies designed to deliver precision and safety in care. These cutting-edge tools help minimise risks, reduce the need for complex surgeries, and provide targeted, personalised care plans for your needs.

Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT)
A versatile therapy that accelerates tissue repair and targets deeper layers and larger surface areas with controlled impulse waves.

Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy (EMTT)
A comfortable therapy that uses high-energy magnetic fields to reduce pain, swelling, and degenerative conditions.

Super Inductive System (SIS)
An advanced therapy that uses electromagnetic fields to penetrate deep into muscles and nerves, addressing muscular and neurological conditions.

Prescription Orthotics
Customised insoles are designed to support your feet and correct biomechanical imbalances, helping to improve comfort and prevent further complications.

NewGreat experience at East Coast Podiatry (Orchard)! Had a persistent nail fungus issue over the last couple of years and it was solved so quickly and efficiently with the team. My podiatrist - Ms Peggy explained and assessed my condition in great detail, and recommended me the follow up actions required to get the issue all treated. Was an overall superb and pleasant treatment experience 🙂

We have been with Gerorgina for my daughter in-toes and flat foot issue. Gone through a thorough treatment, exercises, feet braces and we can see massive improvement in my daughter's posture and feet.
Georgina and the staff have been very helpful and making every visit smooth and pleasant. Keep up the good work!

Our 6-year-old son had very severe in-toeing when we first visited Dr. Michael in October 2024. We’re incredibly thankful for his expertise—after just 8 months of treatment, our son is now very close to having an ideal foot structure.
What we appreciated most was the all-in-one pricing—it covered everything from braces to follow-ups, making the treatment both convenient and great value for money. The clinic’s location in Orchard is also a big plus for accessibility. Highly recommend Dr. Michael, especially for concerned parents dealing with pediatric foot issues!

Had in-grown toenails that has been troubling me for years. Got it fixed in less than 30 mins and 100% would recommend for people suffering the same.
The professionalism and care by Ari and the rest of the team are top notch and attention to care throughout the whole recovery process as well.
